Laura is a junior at Hastings College majoring in journalism and English. Originally from Colorado, she enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, reading in coffee shops, shopping at thrift stores and having people over for dinner. She draws her cooking inspiration from the snippets she has seen on the Food Network and the Today Show and her favorite vegetarian foods are stir-fry and grilled cheese
If her career as a cooking show host doesn’t pan out, she hopes to be a magazine or newspaper writer and photographer. Thanks for watching!
Inspired by her grandmother and father, Chloe Ekberg is a cook that adventures in to the depths of the cooking black hole. Although art and photography are her main passions, creating with food runs through her veins. Whether it’s dessert or dinner, she will try for the best flavors that will leave you salivating. Chloe hopes to one day be a chef for two, herself and her cat, as well as a photographer for either a newspaper or a magazine. Who knows though… her dad always tells her to “take life as it is”, and that she will.
